If you are new to Dreamweaver and need expert assistance then this CD is a great place to start. There are about 3 and half hours of training. The interface is very easy to use, you can browse by topic and choose the specific segment you'd like to watch. You can pause, try things out then start again.
All the files you need for the exercises are included on the CD. The exercises are in a very logical order and flow from one subject to the next cohesively. If you learn by seeing, then this is a great place to start.
